Allen's thoughts about the prison system, the death penalty and the legal system.
"Wake up Americans"
You better open your eyes and look at what's going on in the prison system. Currently your tax money is being spent to raise a army of thug's that will one day be released in your back yard. Many of you screamed for tough prison time and that's what your getting, but you're the ones who will end up being the victims when these men are one day released. This is how things are. You put 1000 men in a prison 500 have no family to help with money that's needed to survive. So those 500 are forced to rob, steal, and extort protection money from the 500 who do get money from family.
After years of surviving this way the 500 thugs are released and are programmed to rob and steal and it's you who will now be their victims.
Its a simple fix, create jobs inside each prison, and pay these inmate's for working so they can buy all the food items that are sold in the prison canteens. If you condition these men to work for a paycheck while they're in prison it's more likely they will do the same thing after they are one day released. Plus if you offer them a job that pays they won't rob their fellow inmates to get the money they need to survive while they serve out their sentence. And most of whatever money they earn will be spend back in the canteen. It's a win win fix to a big problem and will cut the crime rate and the repeat return back to prison for many. Who do you want living next door to you, someone conditioned to work for a paycheck or rob for one? Because someday these inmate's will be released and living next door to you or your family.
"The Death Penalty"
There are many who are sent to Death Row who deserve to die for their crimes. But to do it using a method that is known to make them suffer great pain while their being executed is CRUEL and BARBARIC. The electric chair was ruled to be a inhuman way to kill a prisoner due to many cases of their heads catching fire while they die. Then lethal injection was used and thought by the public to be a non-painful way to die. But the facts were the first drug paralyzed them so they could not cream out in pain when the second drug was injected which set their
bodies on fire inside as it is some type of acid had been injected. Then the last injection stopped their hearts and they died after much
silent pain. This was all devised by the Executioners to subject the condemned to great pain when their executed, but to make the public
think it is a painless death. The fact is if all they wanted to do was take a life then why not give a large injection of morphine? Which
would be a painless death. Because they want the prisoner to suffer great pain while they die is the truth. Now, due to the pharmaceutical
companies refusing to sell these drugs used in the lethal injection process they are bringing back the electric chair. So, what does it
say about a society that silently stands by and lets the executioners use a form of punishment that's know to be a painful death? Why not a
large shot of morphine?
"The Legal System"
What a joke is the saying "Justice For All"! This is how it really works. Lawyers are measured a lot like boxers the heavy weights all
work for the best law firms and get paid the most, the middle weights are the prosecutors office and the public defenders and court appointed
lawyers are your super light weights with a glass chin. So what is fair about a light weight fighting a middle weight? This is how it
breaks down. If you have the money to pay for a top ranked lawyer you have a better chance of getting found not guilty by a jury. If you are
poor and cannot pay for a top ranked lawyer you get stuck with a court appointed lawyer from the public defenders office and when he goes to
trial up against a lawyer from the stat attorneys office he hardly ever wins. Just like a light weight hardly ever wins against a middle
weight. The fact is in the boxing game its against the rules to fight a man not in your weight group. It should be the same in the legal
game as well. So, the bottom line is the rich man who can pay the to rated lawyer is the only one who gets a fair fight in the legal game
and the poor man ends up in prison. Look at my case. The bring in two heavy weight top ranked lawyers to go up against my light weigh public
defender lawyers. One was an old drunk. The other one fresh out of law school with no death row experience at all. Would you say that was
a fair fight? This was a prime example of how the legal system really works. They bet my life on this fight and lost and no one seems to
care that it was an unfair fight and that this is how the legal system works. It should say justice is only for the wealthy.

"Society"
What does it say about a society that is well aware of how corrupt and unfair the legal system is in this country especially to the poor and
mentally ill. But still allows someone to be sentenced to death, who is then put in a prison cage where he or she is treated like some type
of animal and is tormented and physically and emotionally abused by prison guards for the next 15 years. While the condemned waits for the
appeal process to run its course. Many chose not to believe this is happening and look the other way but many others are fully aware of
these condemned being abused and are ok with it. And its not just one or two prisons that this is taking place in. It's happening in almost
every state in this country. When a person is sentenced to death for a crime losing their life is payment for that crime. So would you not
agree that by being placed in a cage for 15 years while being abused by prison guards while the person waits to be executed is a second
punishment on top of losing their life? I agree that many deserve to lose their life for the crimes they have committed. But I do not agree
they should be abused while they wait to be executed I have lived in on of these cages for the past 12 years and tell you no man should be
treated in this way and then executed. If you have the guts and really want to know if this is all true just open your eyes and take a look.
So, I ask you again what does it say about our society that allows this to keep taking place?

"Tax Payers of this Country"
You had better open your eyes and take a look at what is going on in the prison system. Currently your tax money is being spent to train
an army of mad dog thugs that will one day be released in your back yard. Many of you screamed for tough prison time and that's what your
tax money is being spent on. But you are the ones who will end up being the victims when these men are someday released. This is how
things are you put 1000 men in a prison most with long sentences, five hundred of them have no family to help with small amounts of money that is needed to survive and there are no paying jobs. So these 500 are forced to rob and steal and extort protection from the 500 men that do
get money from family. After years of surviving this way the 500 trained thugs are released. They have been programmed to rob and
steal. But it is you who will be their victims now.
The answer to this problem is simple and would save the tax payers a great deal of money. Bring back the prison farm system the prison
system has the manpower to raise most of all the food that is needed. Pay all inmates to work instead of forcing them to work for free. All
money that's earned can only be spent in the prison canteens. Each prison can have a factory that makes most of the snacks that are sold
in the canteens, which creates more paying jobs. In this way it conditions the prisoners to working for a paycheck. Make it so that
before any inmate is even released back into society he has to have learned some type of job skill while in prison. There is no reason why
taxpayers should carry the burden of supporting the prison systems. So do you want a prisoner who has been trained to rob and steal living
next door to you or one who has been trained to work for a paycheck?
